Large spacious room in lovely home

I have a large double room to rent in my beautiful house in the West Didsbury / Withington area - just a few minutes walk from Burton Road where there’s lots of independent coffee shops, restaurants and bars. It’s a real vibrant and bustling area with lots of students and young professionals. It’s also very safe with lots of families around and green spaces, very easy to get into the city too. There’s space for two cars on the driveway and an empty garden shed and attic so plenty of storage.

The room is open to students and non students. I’m a full time Physio masters student Monday - Friday so I’m council tax exempt. All other bills will be split between us.
