We're looking for a friendly, tidy, and sociable housemate to join our house share in West Didsbury.

The Room:
Rent: £685 per month (bills and council tax included)
Furnished: Double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers.
Available from: 1st of May, 2025
Location: Just a short walk from bars and cafes on Burton Rd and Lapwing Lane. Excellent bus, tram (we're 5 mins from Burton Rd and West Didsbury Tram Stops), and cycle route links to the city centre.

The House:
7-bed, 2-bathroom property
Fully equipped, newly-renovated kitchen with all the essentials (fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer, etc.)
Spacious lounge with comfy seating and TV
Big garden with BBQs

About Us:
We’re a friendly mix of young professionals who enjoy socialising and spending time together but also respect personal space.
Interests include cooking, hiking in the peak district, movies, music, and a bit of everything!
The vibe is relaxed, friendly, and definitely not a party house, but we do enjoy spending time together either heading to the pub, having occasional house dinners or just a chilled evening.

What We're Looking For:
A sociable and easy-going housemate (whether you're working from home or out and about).
Someone who keeps the house clean and tidy and shares the responsibility of looking after the space.
No pets (sorry!)
