This lovely double room on the top floor of a friendly 6-person house share is becoming available! It’s a bright, spacious room with a large Velux window that gets loads of natural light — perfect for working from home or relaxing in peace.

The house has a relaxed vibe. Everyone’s friendly, into sports, and always up for the occasional drink. There's no drama — just a good bunch of people doing their own thing and getting on well.

There are 2 shared bathrooms between 4 people (2 rooms have their own en suites), and it never feels like there’s a queue or a wait. The kitchen is big and fully equipped, and the shared living room is a great space to chill — it now has some comfy grey sofas (ignore the red ones in the photos!). The house has also been redecorated since the pics were taken, including the room itself — it’s no longer yellow!

There’s secure parking in the back garden area if you drive. Rent is £575/month including council tax. Other bills (Wi-Fi, gas, electric, water) are split and usually come to around £60-£100/month.

The house is in a great spot — tucked away in a quiet, residential area just off Burton Road, so you get the best of both worlds. It’s peaceful at home, but just a short walk (less than 10 minutes) to Burton Road tram stop, making it super easy to get into the city. Burton Road itself is packed with independent cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops, so whether you're after brunch, a pint, or a bit of retail therapy, you're covered. It’s a really vibrant part of town with everything you need right on your doorstep.
