Spare double room in West Didsbury

Looking for a friendly and tidy housemate to share our home.

Previously I got the apartment unfurnished, however I have fully furnished throughout myself.
The available room is fully furnished with a double bed, vanity table, bedside table, full length mirror clothing rail, also just outside the room is a wardrobe for yourself.
(Unfortunately the chest of drawers will be going)

The house features a shared living room , spacious with a grand bay window.
Fully equiped kitchen, clean bathroom.

Located in south Manchester, easy access to public transport from the bus stop just 2min walk away and Tram stop 5min walk away.
Close to shops/bars/restaurants- Didsbury village approx 10min walk away, Burton road approx 10min walk away.
Approx 15min on the tram to Manchester city centre

Rent: currently paying £497.50pp (not including bills)
Deposit: to be discussed with the landlord.

Bills:
Gas/elec/water/council tax approx £150 each, however this changes due to meter readings on all the bills except council tax.

Availability: looking for someone to move in around the 11th July, current housemate will be leaving on the 10th.

Minimum stay usually 12months contract wanted by landlord.

Looking for someone who is easy going, respectful, responsible and wants a nice relaxed living space.

A bit about me, I work 8-4 for the NHS Mon-Friday. (Preferably looking for someone who does not work from home also).
I love to go to the gym most evenings in the week. Weekends I love to spend time with family/friends whether that’s trying out new restaurants /bars/hiking.
