Hi, I have a large double bed room available in a spacious apartment in the heart of West Didsbury. We are located just behind Burton Road. This is a prime location with plenty of amenities, bars, Burton Road tram stop and buses.

This room includes an en-suite with a shower, a double bed, fitted wardrobe some drawers and a bedside cabinet. Private Parking is also included within the price.

There is a main bathroom with a bath, a spacious living space and a good kitchen (with dishwasher). We also have a small cupboard room with a washer and dryer.

I have a cat in the apartment who is litter trained and up to date with flea treatment. She is well behaved and goes outside a lot.

The flat runs on electricity.

Electricity: £75 each (average)
Water : £26 each
Council tax band C

Available in September

Flat is furnished and I have further furnished it with table, rugs, bar stools and other amenities. We will just need to go 50/50 on a hoover and microwave.
