Room available in all girls flat on Burton Road

Situated on the main strip of Burton Road in didsbury. 1st floor double room facing the Co-op. Comes with bed, desk, drawers and wardrobe. Lovely light room, comes with a huge wall mirror. It’s a 6 min walk to Burton Road tram stop, 25 min walk to the village, minutes from bars and restaurants. Also just a 25 min tram from the city centre, so perf if you work in either didsbury or surrounding areas or town.

There are two bathrooms (one on first floor and one on second with showers), which are shared between the girls.

We are four girls aged between 26-30, working professionals (an estate agent, procurement, graphic designer and physio). We all get on and like to spend evenings upstairs eating tea and watching telly! We occasionally go on nights out too. We’re all really friendly, social, laid back, clean, and outgoing, and are looking for someone similar who will be a good fit.

There is parking available on the surrounding streets.

Rent price is all bills included (bills, council tax, wifi etc).
