We’re renting out our spacious self-contained furnished basement apartment, which is available straight away. The flat has its own private entrance and is tucked beneath our house, giving you your own space and privacy.

The location is ideal – just a three-minute walk from Burton road and close to the Burton Road tram stop, so you’ll have great transport links into the city as well as all the local cafes, restaurants and shops on your doorstep.

Inside, there’s a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower. The apartment also has a comfortable open-plan living area and kitchen. We’ve provided a washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and hoover to make things easy.

Utility bills and council tax are included in the rent, so it’s hassle-free living.
