We have an en-suite room available from October 7th in our 7 bed house just off Burton Road.
The house has a large garden and is right by several bus stops and a 5 minute walk from Burton Road tram stop.
Currently 3 males, 3 females all been living here for 2 years, all met through spare room but love to spend our time together!
Must be young professional, as we like to be on a similar schedule. Overall, we are hoping to find someone who is a good fit with the rest of us and who is keen to live in a tidy welcoming space.
£140 per week and deposit is 5 weeks.
Bills & council tax are reasonable average £70-80 extra a month. 6 month contract but monthly rolling after that.
