I’m looking for a new housemate. The house is in Withington/West Didsbury. It’s a cosy, characterful home with a garden and really friendly neighbours. The available room is a double, and the rent is £760 per month. The room’s bright and airy, fits a double bed comfortably, and overlooks the garden. It’s a great area with lovely cafes, shops, and transport links, and only a 10-minute walk to Burton Road tram stop. Residents parking available outside the house.

A little about me: I’m 26 and work as a primary school teacher in Levenshulme, and I live here with my dog, Dora. She’s a rescue I adopted in Australia and brought back with me when I returned to the UK. She’s super friendly, very calm and never barks.

I’m tidy, easy-going, and like keeping the house really clean and homely. I love going to the pub and Dora does too! I also play cricket regularly and enjoy baking when I’m at home - always cake to share.

I’m looking for someone friendly, tidy, and sociable who’s up for a chat or the occasional pub trip.
