Looking for somone to take my tennancy for 3 months (6th January 2026 to 6th April 2026). The dates are flexible so drop me a message. £500 Rent plus £150 bills each month. You will be living with 3 girls aged between 27 and 31. Very fun and socialable people with a good blend of partying and wholesome domestic bliss, we have lived here for quite a few years so its a nice and cozy home.
The house has a big garden, parking, spacious living room and extra storage in the basement. The room comes furnished, is quiet being in the top floor and has a nice sceneic view from the big skylight.
