I am moving out to movie in with my partner so I have a room available to rent starting from the start of March/End of February. Officially the flat is available from 7th of March but earlier dates may be available
About room and flat:
The room is a furnished large double bedroom with many cabinet spacing and drawers. The layout of the room is movable and you are welcome to bring in your own furniture.
The flat is on the 2nd floor which is very safe. It includes a shared bathroom with bath and shower, dining room lounge kitchen, office room space, store room and living room lounge area with juliet baocony. The flat also has onsite parking space available (included in the rent) and garage space/bike storage. The flat is very big approximately 1000 sq ft but hard to tell via pictures. Please also note that the current rent is 625 per person per month but will go up to 655 starting from April
The flat is in great location in disbury located along Wilmslow road and is 10 minutes from Didsbury village, supermarkets, pharmacies, medical practices, post pffice etc. The tram stop (West Didsbury tram stop) is 5-10 minutes away and the bus stop is 2 minutes away from the flat. The flat is located right next to the main road and cycle lane.
There are also nearby Gyms, Fitness centres, cafes, tennis clubs with padel courts, squash courts, grocery stores, etc all within a 10 minute walk away
The rent for the flat is curerntly 625 per person per month not including bills, the rent will go up to 655 in April. The bills is around 130-160 per person per month which includes energy, water, wifi and council tax (band C).
I am looking for a chill, friendly and tidy flatmate who is a working professional to replace my tenancy on a rolling contract. The current flatmate is a working professional (male) and works from office /from home.
