House is tidy and well kept. Big open property with a kitchen, dining room, sitting room, communal bathroom (all on different schedules so it isn't an issue at all). We sometimes do communal cooking in the week where we take turns cooking one night of the week and eat the meal if/when together. We all get on really well and are looking for someone who is social, clean and open to join the communal cooking each week.
