We have a private patio area and a communal shared garden, with very friendly neighbours who host an annual party in the shared Croft. There is a large basement below the kitchen which is great for extra storage.
The house is just off Burton Road, with loads of great bars and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away. Burton Road metro stop is less than a 5 minute walk, and there is plenty of free street parking nearby as well.
