Double room available in West Didsbury. Includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The room is situated on the first floor of a 5 bed house, with 4 other flatmates.

There is a shared lounge/dining room and kitchen. There are two bathrooms with showers, and one also has a bath. We have a private patio area and a communal shared garden, with very friendly neighbours who host an annual party in the shared Croft. There is a large basement below the kitchen which is great for extra storage.

There is free parking outside the house in our cul-de-sac, so you don't have to park on burton road and there is never an issue with trying to find a
space.

The house is just off Burton Road, with loads of great bars and restaurants less than a 5 minute walk away. Burton Road metro stop is less than a 5 minute walk, and there is plenty of free street parking near by as well.

The housemates are a friendly bunch of young professionals, aged 25-30. Everyone is pretty chill through the week but we enjoy a pub quiz/ tv night together!

Rent is £610 monthly, which includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, council tax and broadband). Does not include TV license. Deposit is £495. 6 month min term. Available from 3rd March 2026.
