Double Bedroom in a 2 bed flat on Burton Road

I am looking for someone to move into the second bedroom in the flat I currently rent alone on Burton Road. The rent is £600 without bills. The room is spacious and comes part furnished with a bed and wardrobe - there’s plenty of room for any other furniture you may want to add. The area is great for socialising and eating out with lots of pubs/bars and restaurants. Burton Road tram stop is a 2 minute walk and it takes roughly 20 minutes to get into the city centre.

I’m a friendly 27 year old working as a people manager in town. I usually go into the office 3 days a week and work the other 2 at home. Ideally I’d love to become friends with whoever moves in!

I’m looking for someone to move in asap. The exact date will depend on the speed of the referencing and contract process with the estate agent.
