We’re an easy-going, friendly house. Everyone’s usually busy with work, plans or travel, but when we’re in we’re alway chilling in the living room watching a film, games nights, cooking together, or heading out for a drink now and then.
Looking for neat, respectful and tidy housemates who are considerate of shared spaces. Guests are fine, within reason.
The Room:
Huge bedroom, with Ensuite and Balcony. Bedrooms is unfurnished. Drive + street parking available (one permit per room)
Cleaner included. Bills (approx. per person, per month): £140
Contract: 12-month contract
Rent may be subject to a slight increase if landlord decides to raise but we will try our best to keep it the same!
