Big double bedroom available in our Victorian flat just off Burton Road in Didsbury – one of the most desirable spots in Manchester.

The location honestly sells itself. You’re seconds from all the Burton Road bars, cafés, restaurants and independent shops, with places like The Laundrette, Folk, Mary & Archie and Volta practically on your doorstep. Great transport links too – easy access to the tram and buses into the city centre, but with all the perks of living in a vibrant, community-focused neighbourhood. Green spaces nearby as well, including Fletcher Moss and the Meadows.

The flat is a characterful Victorian property with high ceilings and plenty of charm. There’s also a garden out back which is perfect for summer drinks and BBQs. The available bedroom is a very spacious double located in the basement – it stays cosy in winter and cool in summer, with loads of room for a desk and storage if you work from home.

We have private access to the garden, access to a shared outdoor shed next to the property, and the flat is comprised of the ground floor and basement of the property.

You’ll be living with a friendly, sociable group who enjoy spending time together – whether that’s trips to the pub, house parties, or chilled evenings in. Everyone works in hospitality. Some of us are vegetarian, and everyone’s easygoing about food.

Important: the flatmates smoke, so you’ll need to be comfortable living in a smoking household.

We’re looking for someone who’s up for being part of a sociable, relaxed, fun, and slightly chaotic (in a good way) home.
