We have a huge top-floor ensuite room with its own walk-in dressing room available in our modern 3-bed flat right on Burton Road, West Didsbury.

I’m moving out as I’m moving in with my girlfriend, so we’re looking for someone great to take over the room.

The bedroom is genuinely one of the biggest you’ll find in the area — loads of space, great natural light (skylight + window), your own private ensuite with a walk-in rainfall shower, plus a separate walk-in dressing room/wardrobe area. It feels more like a studio space than just a room.

Fully furnished and ideal if you work from home given the size.

We’re located directly on Burton Road — just a short walk to the tram stop. You’ve got independent coffee shops, bars, restaurants and Co-op right on your doorstep. It’s a vibrant area with lots of young professionals around and super easy access into the city centre.

We’re ideally looking for a working professional who’s clean, respectful and around a similar age.
