Spacious (unfurnished) room available in a lovely 3 bed (furnished) flat in the heart of Burton Road High Street. Lovely housemates, all young professionals. They're all quite artsy types and are particularly into films and music. They're all very tidy (unlike me, see room photo) and like to keep the place clean. Super easy to get on with, like to socialise but super cool if you want your own space.

5 min walk to tram stop, 20 second walk to Co-op, lots of bars and cafes a few seconds' walk away. Ideal location for commuting to city centre. There is also a yard at the back if you want to keep your bike there.

Council tax band A, all bills including council tax around £120-£150- a month including wifi, gas, electric, water and ct.

Rent is paid on the 15th, so if you move in on the 1st it will be £250 rent 1-15th then from the 15th April it will be £600. You can either sublet from me or get your name on the tenancy, whatever is easiest. If you would like to move in sooner, on the 20th of March, you'd pay me £500 then full rent the 15th of April.

I can leave the bed frame in the room if that is your preference but mattress, chest of drawers and bedside table will be removed.
