Room for Rent on Burton Road

We are looking for a new housemate to to join our 4 bed house on Burton Road as our housemate Gina is sadly leaving soon.

The house is a short walk from Burton Road tram stop. There’s a shared lounge and dining area, spare room, 2 bathrooms, garage, large garden and parking space.

You’d be sharing with me (Hannah), James and Tom (24, 29, 29). We enjoy our own space, as well as cooking, pub quizzes, music events and hikes together.

I am hoping that another girl is able to join the house and that we could be friends as well as housemates! I enjoy nights in, gym, cooking, going for coffees/walks and going out for drinks.

We’d love to share the house with someone outgoing, professional job and age 24-30.

It’s £475 plus bills, usually £610 total. This also includes a cleaner every couple of weeks and a milkman :)

The room is available from 1 April 2026.
