Lovely room in a chill house available

We have a spare room in our lovely, chill 4 bedroom house in West Didsbury. The room is furnished, on the ground floor and has a huge window overlooking the garden.
The location is excellent! Shops and the tram stop are a few minutes away.

Sadly, Alex is moving out to live with their partner, leaving us (Amie, Ellie and Flo) to find someone new.

The dynamic is very gentle, we don’t really have parties but we’re not against them. We are all quite busy so we don’t get to hang out too much but we like a chat in the kitchen and things. We’re not a meat free house.

Rent is £600 ish + £150 each for bills. We each will be doing one of the bills to share responsibility.

The housemates:
Amie & Ellie are siblings, and Flo is a friend.

Amie:
I’m Amie and I work full-time in museums! I’m a botany curator for one and a visitor team assistant for another. I am really into yoga, circus, gentle walks in the countryside and crafting (when I get the time)! I’m also a vintage reseller so I have a lot of flipping clothes, even though I wear the same things everyday haha.
I have a partner who is a man. He’s very gentle but this house isn’t right for you if you are against having a man in the house from time to time.
I’m autistic and strange so someone who is accepting of neurospicy folk is ideal!

Ellie:
Ellie is a neurodivergent colourful queer creative who works in vintage fashion retail. She also makes ceramic wares/jewellery, (between the little spare room next to her bedroom and a local clay studio) which they occasionally exhibit and sell at makers markets!
She loves cooking, nature, music, cinema trips, cycling and all things arts and crafts. Ellie does value her decompression alone time after work to recharge - doing so mostly by painting with a podcast - rather than socialising, but they do love a wholesome gathering n a silly dance every once in a while!
She has a girlfriend who is around a few nights a week, she’s a jolly musician with a busy schedule but they always make time for a cosy night in!

Flo:
Hi, I’m Flo (she/her). I work full-time in a bookshop. I love books, films, and music, so I’m always happy to chat about something you’ve read, seen, or heard!
I like to go to the pub, the occasional gig or party. However, my work schedule means I often work over the weekend.
I have a boyfriend who comes over fairly regularly.
