Double bedroom in West Didsbury flatshare

Hey! We're looking for a flatmate to move into a two-bed flat in West Didsbury.

The room is bright, furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, desk and wardrobe. There’s a shared bathroom, living/dining room with a small balcony and a kitchen. There is off-road parking and a large communal garden (essential for the pizza oven).

£750 pcm including all bills, council tax, broadband and utilities

The flat is in a great location in the centre of Didsbury, 2 min walk from West Didsbury tram stop and Lapwing Lane and 10 min to Burton Road. There are plenty of great shops, parks, bars and bakeries around.

You’d be sharing with me and my boyfriend Sandro, we’re both sociable, pretty chilled, and keen for the flat to feel like a home for everyone. We love to travel and moved back to Didsbury in 2023 after a couple of years living/travelling abroad. We’re often at the gym, on a walk, seeing friends or at the pub, and also love an evening on the sofa watching TV.

As I usually work from home in the living room during the day (and Sandro works from home once or twice a week), the setup is probably best suited to someone who's in the office most days or out and about during working hours.

We dog sit a regular dog once or twice a week and often have other dogs over, so ideally you’re a fellow dog lover!

Our current flatmate is moving to London at the beginning of September so the room will be available from the 14th, but can be flexible with the move-in date.
