We’re looking for another girl to join our flat share as our current flatmate is moving over the hill.

The flat is a 4 bed maisonette on Burton road, right next to the bars and shops etc, 5 minute walk from West Didsbury tram stop and super close to bus links too. Also great to access princess road and M60 etc if you drive.

The room is a large, spacious double on the first floor. Shared shower room and toilet on the same floor, with a full bathroom on the ground floor and kitchen with appliances, including, washer, dryer, dishwasher and two fridges (one is smaller size). We share a lot of crockery but you’ll get your own fridge and cupboard space.

Large living room with huge windows overlooking Burton road, big comfy sofas and TV set up with firestick, most of the apps & broadband. Parking available on the street.

We’re looking for someone who will fit in with the current house dynamic, respectful and friendly. Our ideal flat mate will be tidy and sociable and treat the house like a home!

Room is unfurnished; however, the bed and wardrobe can be purchased if you wanted them to be left.

Rent is £575 and then roughly around £110 bills (however this does differ slightly depending on the time of year).

Rent is due on the 9th of the month, and the bills are split equally. Deposit is £325.

Room is available from the 9th of August, but can be earlier depending on circumstances being arranged between exiting housemate and the new.

It really is a lovely flat to live in, in an amazing spot!
