Hi! We're looking for someone to move into a lovely double room in our flat on Burton Road.

The flat is a great 4 bed maisonette in the perfect location, only a 5-minute walk to Burton Road tram stop with easy links into Manchester and beyond. It's also really close to both Didsbury Village and Chorlton, there is also great access to princess road and the M60 etc if you drive, with Manchester Airport also only about a 15-minute drive away.

The flat has a large living room with big comfy sofas and TV set up with firestick, most of the apps & broadband. A good-sized kitchen with appliances including, washer, dishwasher and two fridges. There are also two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), and some storage space under the stairs. It's modern, clean and gets loads of natural light.

Rent is £575 & bills currently work out between £90 & £110 a month per person. Free Parking available on the street.

You'll be living with three other girls aged 28–31 who all work full-time. Everyone’s really friendly and enjoy a chat in the kitchen after work, but equally respect each other's space.

We're looking for someone who's tidy, considerate and treat the flat like a home.

The contract will be from 9th September, however there can be some flexibility if you need to move in earlier (from late August).
