Lovely big house with garden in West Didsbury

Both my house mates are graduating their PhDs and thus are leaving mcr.

I would love to keep the house and thus want to find people to fill the rooms.

It's an upside down house, so bottom floor is my room, a bathroom and the garage plus the garden. Then the middle floor is a bedroom with Jack and Jill bathroom, and the second bedroom. So they share that bathroom but also can use the downstairs one too.

They are both double beds, with big like 1.5x wardrobes. Can use the garage for storage which is fab - bikes, hobby stuff ect. Big social kitchen living room too!

I woukd love to be friends with my housemates so ideally people would be social, and down for a tea/ wine and chat but also have their own life and work. I love a hobby so would be down to try new hobbies. I am hybrid working and you can be too as one room has space for a desk and the other can kitchen ect.
