There are 2 bathrooms one on each floor, the 1st floor one having a bath/shower, the top floor bathroom has a loo and basin.
The flat has a recently refurbished kitchen & a large living room with new carpets and a cosy feel.
The flat is safely situated with its entrance on Burton rd and shares a front door with the boutique downstairs.
There is a Coop opposite plus many small & interesting independent shops, bistros & bars & a great community feel.
The basement flat is rented out via Airbnb when not used by the landlord or their family.
The price is inclusive of all bills which include,
council tax(band C), water rates, all gas and electric, tv licence and internet so there are no extras.
