Double Room West Didsbury Short Term Let

The room is for short term let only, 3 months but it could be longer depending on how long it takes to sell. The house is a semi detached over 4 floors with a garden in the heart of West Didsbury. There is a double room available on the second floor and it is bright and cheerful. The room has a double bed, a chest of draws and a wardrobe. As well as myself there are two other housemates both females in their late twenties. The house has got unlimited broadband and the room has an aerial connection for freeview tv. The bathroom is really big and I have my own ensuite so you will only be sharing with the two other lodgers, also there is also a third toilet in the basement. There is a decent size garden. The house is a hundred metres from Burton road, 250 metres from Lapwing Lane so is ideally suited for all the bars and restaurants. There is always room on the street to park. The metro is only a 2 minute walk and there are plenty of buses.
