We're looking for a really nice and down to earth person that likes to mix but is self-sufficient and can find their own fun if nobody is around.

We're pretty chilled in the week and are often out at weekends making the most of life

Currently, one-room houses a couple (Katie and Steve) who run their own business and travel a lot so they can often be gone for many weeks at a time. In the other rooms are Stephen and Matt who are around more frequently.

The benefit of this setup is that we have a rather large house that you can often have to yourself. But when we plan things as a house there are a few of us to go for drinks, cinema, meals etc.

The listing is for a small box room with a 3/4 bed inside, a wardrobe, side draws and also has a 40" tv on the wall. This is ideal for someone that lives light. Someone with a lot of stuff wouldn't fit well in this room. It's not tiny but is smaller than average.
