I am looking to let my huge double spare room on a WEEK-DAY (MONDAY TO FRIDAY) basis. The house is a Victorian town house, on a quiet cul-de-sac, facing Cavendish Road park. It’s located a 2-minute walk from the shops, cafes and bars of Burton Road and is 100 meters from the Burton Road Metrolink stop. It’s a very safe area (if you like jogging), and with good road links to the M56 and M60 and airport.

You’d be living with a tenant landlord plus another female (professional aged 30) in a spacious house, nicely furnished with wooden floors, finished to a high spec (the property includes all mod cons i. e. central heating, freezer, washing machine, broadband).

The double room itself is light and airy and occupies the entire top floor of the house, with views over the park. As it’s so large the room has a small ‘lounge’ area with easy-chair and coffee table, ideal for chilling out after a long day!
