Room to rent in gorgeous modern flat

Due to some recent unforeseen circumstances, I am now looking to let the spare room in my flat until August 2014.

It's an absolutely gorgeous flat, in a prime location in the centre of West Didsbury.

Close to all local amenities, shops, bars, restaurants, gyms, and main roads.

The flat is all kitted out and furnished, and comes with SKY TV and Broadband. It has also been recently decorated.

I am a sociable and friendly person who gets on with most people.
I work 8: 30am to 6pm so am out at work during the day.
I work long hours so I do usually tend to keep myself to myself in the evenings.

I am clean, neat and tidy, and always like the flat to be clean and smelling nice - slight OCD!

I am looking for a flat mate who is equally as friendly, down to earth, and tidy.

Occasionally I look after my friends puppy's, although if this is a problem this can be stopped.
