Looking for someone to share a lovely 2 bed room flat - room available from 1st July 2014.
You have the main bathroom to yourself as my room is en-suite. Flat has an open plan living room/kitchen. Amenities include washing machine, unlimited broadband and Sky.
Rent includes water. Other bills including council tax, electricity, broadband, phone & sky are separate and come to about £116.
I am a friendly professional in my thirties, new to the area and enjoying being in Manchester. I like quiet evenings in but also enjoy the occasional evening out. I enjoy chatting with my flatmate now and then, but like to have my personal space too.
