Double room available in a modern flat

I am looking for someone to take over my room, which is a double room with the basics i. e. double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe and desk. The flat is fairly modern with an open plan kitchen and lounge and one bathroom with an overhead shower shared with the other flatemate. The current flatemate is a friendly girl who is generally independent and respectful of your space. As a new flatmate you would be in a position to decorate and personalise the flat as you would like. If you have a car the building has it's own secure parking in the back for cars and bicycles and a communal terrace/porch for a lovely sunny afternoon. The building generally has a good sense of community.
