Looking for x1 social housemate to join us

We are currently looking for a 4th person to move into a West Didsbury property hopefully beginning of September (at latest around 12th Sept, although the sooner the better). We are all 26 years old professionals (2 female/1 male) moving from Liverpool to Manchester for new jobs. Unfortunately one of our friends had to pull out so we are looking for someone to fill her space (couldn’t find any nice 3 beds).

I would like to say we are all nice/normalish people who want a social home (although can respect privacy), we will be new to Manchester so looking forward to exploring. We all love a good drink/night out on the weekend but due to work tend to be good on school nights. We have a mixed range of interests between us – socializing, music, fitness, cinema, food, drink etc and we are always up for trying something new. We haven’t lived with each other before – being friends in Liverpool. We are all social workers, two of us work in mental health.

We are looking only at houses with 4 double rooms and would like to keep costs as low as possible as we are all on saving missions for different things. We currently have two properties in mind, they are both central West Didsbury properties
