Good sized double room in large duplex flat. Bedroom situated at the rear of the property with window over looking the back garden. Room furnished with king size bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers.

The flat has two bathrooms, one with a jacuzzi bath and one with a shower. Big open plan kitchen, living and dining space.

The flat has its own entrance and the flat comes with one parking space but plenty of on street parking.

The flatmates -
We're Lizzy and Paul, we're a social house and get on well so are looking for someone friendly to live with.

We enjoy quiet nights binge watching Netflix but equally love a gin & tonic or 6 on special occasions. We both work in media which sometimes mean we have to work away or at weekends but that doesn’t happen too often. When we’re not busy working we’re both into keeping fit, cooking up a storm (Paul’s a veggie and Lizzy’s carnivore) and hanging out with friends.
