Double room

Hello, I have a room available in my lovely 3 bed flat. I am looking for someone who would like to share my home rather than just rent a room. Would be ideal if it got to a point where shared a cheeky prosecco and meal every now and then. It is an ideal location, near to west didsbury metro, buses into town, easy access to M60 & M56. The other flats are very quiet. I am flexible with the move in date. The room can also be furnished or unfurnished. There is broadband and Sky TV. I have quite a demanding job during the week so like to keep myself busy on the weekends. Everything you could need is in walking distance but there is space to park a car.
