We are looking for a weekday tenant for our 5 bedroom house in West Didsbury which is decorated and furnished to a high standard. We are on Sandileigh Avenue M20 3LW about 3 minutes walk from bus and tram, and as it's an Avenue so plenty of parking.

We are a professional couple 50 & 44, with a 8 and 4 year old & one cat that only lives downstairs. We live on a different floor of the property and previous tenants (over the last 10 years) have no issues with children who sleep through.

The room is extremely large and has a super-king size bed, desk, plenty of storage space and an ensuite bathroom.

Bed Linen provided & changed weekly
Professionally cleaned weekly
5-10 minute walk to good restaurants in West Didsbury

Room would suit professional working or contracting in Manchester during the week and returning to permanent base at weekends. Perfect as an alternative to staying in a hotel or Air B&B.

Please note this is for lodgings between Monday to Friday rather than a permanent house share. The kitchen is available to share but there are no washing/drying facilities.
