Two doubles in friendly West Didsbury houseshare

We are looking for two new friendly young professional housemates (aged 25-30) to move into our houseshare in a prime location in West Didsbury. The available rooms are a good-sized double on the first floor, and a quiet and good-sized double bedroom on the top floor. The rent for the rooms is £350 and £375 pcm respectively. In addition to the rent we pay the property manager £75pcm for bills (including gas, electricity, water and council tax) so the house is always warm and cosy. Internet/TV license is separate and we currently sort this out between us.

The two bedrooms advertised are both great sizes and come fully-furnished with double beds, dressers, wardrobes and bedside drawers. The house is split over three floors, has a large kitchen, living room and 2 bathrooms. There is also a small garden and a basement.

You will be sharing with 3 girls and 1 guy, all professionals in our twenties. We are a very sociable house, we like to go out and do stuff together. We are looking for someone sociable, friendly and easy to get along with to move into the house. The house is in a great location, we are the first house on Burton Road... literally less than a 2 minute walk from all of the restaurants and bars.
