We're two sociable chaps who have a spare room as one of our friends has hopped onto the property ladder.
The flat is a two minute walk from all of the Burton Road nightlife, or an easy post-pint stumble.
The room is small, but has a 3/4 size bed and double, fitted wardrobe.
We also have two bathrooms, an open plan lounge/kitchen, front garden and parking to the rear.
Sky Sports, Sky Broadband and all bills are included in the price.
Luke and myself (Matt), both work full time so weekday evenings tend to be food and TV at the flat, which we do together as much as possible, mixed in with a bit of gym and football.
We're happy for anyone to take the room, boy or girl, the only must is a friendly face who is up for heading down the road for beers with us now and then for weekend respite.
