Spacious Double Bedroom in West Didsbury

Hello!

I'm Hannah and I'm looking for someone to occupy the other double bedroom in my 2 bed, second floor flat as my current flatmate is relocating to London. The flat is just on the bustling Burton Road and has everything on it's doorstep - including a metrolink station 100 yards down the road. The area is full of lovely people and has a great atmosphere. It's also really close to the motorway for anyone commuting to work.

The flat itself is spacious, bright and it's fully furnished. The room has a brand new double bed, wardrobes and a chest of drawers. Any of this can be removed by the landlord if need be! It has a large window which looks out to the front of the property and catches some nice golden light in the evenings. Sorry, the room is a bit messy on the photos! I didn't want to be moving all my flatmates stuff when she's working away! The flat needs to be viewed to be fully appreciated - it's a lovely room and the bigger of the two.

There is a fully furnished lounge, kitchen, bathroom and extra toilet - all with laminate flooring and cream walls - I have lots of lamps, plants, blinds and books dotted around to keep it cosy! The bills usually come up to about 60 each per month. Depending on whether you pay council tax etc. I use the wifi from the bar two floors below.

I'm a freelance artist who also works as a photographer and marketer for a publishing company. When I'm not in the flat I'll be in my studio or at work. I also do a lot of yoga, meditation and spend as much time as possible out doors. I like my own space but also love a good conversation and connecting with people! Living with me will just be chilled! I cook lots of vegan food so another veggie/vegan would be great - no problem if not.
