One guy, one girl in need of a third housemate in a spacious ground floor flat in a great location.

We're both involved in music and arts, I run a sound company and am a photographer and the other flat mate is a music teacher. Work keeps us both busy but we're looking for another social person to share the odd meal and night out with. I am also an excellent cook ;)

The room available is a decent size double on the ground floor of a nice big victorian house, 2 other bedrooms are in the basement. There's a big kitchen and living room with a paved garden at the back (with BBQ) which gets the sun well into the evening. The house is all in good nick, good central heating system which keeps it nice and warm in winter and thick old walls keep it cool in summer. Already 30mb broadband and virgin tv package in place.

There's plenty of storage space and bikes are more than welcome.

The flat is right by bus and tram links to city centre with a load of nice bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Tesco express and Co-op just round the corner too.

Room is available from 1st of March.

Bills come in around an extra £60-£70 per month.
