The main bedroom is a really good size, with king size double bed, wardrobe, large draws, desk and bedside table.

The second room currently has a double bed in but can be removed depending on what you want the extra space for.

Due to council laws I can't rent this space to two people so please don't ask (sorry!)

Kitchen/ Dining Room
The kitchen and Dining rooms are possibly the most impressive rooms in the house including all the modern appliances you would expect and done to an amazing finish. There is a large dining room table suitable for at least 10 guests and perfect for dinner parties. There is a small bathroom just off the kitchen, and double doors that open out onto a terrace overlooking the garden.

Lounge
Two x 3-seater sofas ensure there is plenty of seating to make the lounge a relaxing place to spend the evening. Large TV with Sky TV included

Garden & Terrace
Walking out from the kitchen you will find a wooden terrace perfect for BBQ's and eating/drinking in the sun. The terrace overlooks the garden and has steps that access it.

A small vegetable patch is available to use and grow your own veggies

Bills are set £175 per month extra, paid with rent pro rata - £1000 total (so no messing about with who-owes-what with bills at all), and including everything:

Gas, Electric, Water, Council Tax, Sky TV & Broadband, Netflix, Weekly Cleaner

The deposit will be paid into the landlord deposit scheme (DPS) and you'll get a confirmation email with all the info.
