Double Room in Sociable Didsbury house share!

We are currently a group of 3 females and 3 males, all young professionals in our twenties who are looking for someone to join our house! We're a sociable bunch who enjoy going out, pub quizzes, and having BBQs in the summer

We live in a 7 bedroom house that‘s located in between West Didsbury and Withington, a convenient area for bars, brunch spots and shops, as well as regular buses and trams into the city centre with stops only a few minutes walk away.

The property has a large fully equipped kitchen, a spacious lounge with Sky TV, 2 recently refurbished bathrooms and a backyard. We also have a gated on-site as well as roadside parking, WiFi and locks on all bedroom doors.

Double room on the 1st floor
Re-painted, new carpets and new bed/ mattress
Fully furnished
£100 per week + council tax contribution
6 months minimum contract then rolling after that

Bills not included - gas, electric, water and Sky split between housemates.

Landlord requires:
1 months rent + deposit of £500
Financial guarantor or employer reference
