Double room in the centre of West Didsbury

Lovely furnished double room available in the centre of West Didsbury just off Burton Road. I am looking for a friendly and considerate individual to take my room when I move abroad. As a house, we enjoy having friends over for dinner and relaxing together in the evenings and would make any new housemate (student or not) feel at home. My room is the only bedroom on the second floor of the property and has its own bathroom offering plenty of privacy when you feel like it.

There is fantastic access to the city centre with buses every 10 minutes to Manchester and the property is a 3-minute walk away from Burton Road metro stop.

Our house is very well furnished and we enjoy keeping it clean and tidy and would think of ourselves as considerate housemates. There is a large kitchen with plenty of storage space, cooking equipment and a dishwasher, a living room where we relax the evenings (with a TV with Netflix!) and a dining room with a large table and piano.

There is lots of storage space in the property including a basement and attic. We also have secure storage for bikes and on road parking is available if you have a car.

The house is just off Burton road with a large array of shops, bars and restaurants on our doorstep. Co-op and Tesco express are very handy and just a 2-minute walk away.

Although students we are busy during the week 9-5 Monday to Friday and so we feel like this property would be ideal for somebody working.

Bills cost around £28/month per person.

The property is Band C for council tax and any tenant who is not a student would be eligible for a 25% discount.
