Double Room In Two Bed House

Hi
I have a double room for rent it's is fully furnished with new bed and storage all bills included.
I'm looking for a working person must be a clean and tidy professional person with a nice friendly personality.
I'm happy for smokers to contact me although no smoking is allowed inside :).
The house is a short bus ride to town centre with bus stops just down the road.
I live very near to Tesco, the market, cinema and bingo.
I have two small well behaved chihuahuas (so liking of dogs is important)
There is a nice sized opened plan living room with two sofas which shared with good sized tv etc.
There is a kitchen with door to back yard. The second living room is a nice room which the front door opens into with a dining table.
there is fibre wifi throughout the house.
