Description
I’m looking for someone to live with my housemate as I am intending to move out asap.
It's a really cosy little place and you'll even have the company of two little cats, Juni and Luna.
We have a live out landlord, but she is easily contactable and we keep in touch regularly if there is anything that we need to communicate about the place.
The room itself has it's own en-suite. The room will have a side table, double bed and spacious wardrobe as well as storage space within the house and garden as well.
The whole house will be furnished, so you are welcome to just move in with your belongings and really make it your home.
If you have other furniture that you would like to bring with you, then that can also be arranged, just let me know and I can speak to the landlord, but usually she is happy with this.
You’ll have access to all of the shared areas like the living room, kitchen and garden, so you can feel as much at home as possible 😌
There is a parking space available if you have a car, but also a 5 minute walk to a bus stop which has buses to Wigan and Bolton. Daisy Hill train station is a 15 minute walk away and Westhoughton train station is 25 minutes away, both having direct links to Manchester City Centre if you fancy heading there. ☺
So a little bit about your potential housemate; She’s very easy going and loves animals. She’s shared with others before, so is used to living with other people. She is a working professional, but doesn't mind living with students if needed. We would chill together, watch films together and go out and about. She is also really creative and amazing at drawing!
As I've said before, there are two little cats who are living in the house if you wanted some extra company. Luna keeps to herself but will occasionally come and say hello and Juni is very interested in food and hugs.
As advertised, some bills are included, these are the water bill and council tax. You will have to cover your gas and electricity and internet bill with the other tenant, but I can help you set these up before I move out.
Couples welcome, but the rent will then be slightly more, open for discussion and I can pass on the details to the landlord.
Any other details you need or questions, please let me know.
Hope you enjoy this place as much as I did :)
