Living room includes: large 2 seater sofa, small table, bookcase, sideboard, TV table & Sky Box, dining table with 2 chairs
Kitchen includes: gas hob, electric oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, new microwave, new kettle, basic new utensils (cups, glasses, plates, cutlery)
Bathroom includes: toilet, sink, shower, extractor fan and shower rail
Bedroom includes: double bed, new bedroom set (wardrobe, dresser & bedside table)
My house is in a quiet, friendly street with a 10minute walk to Westhoughton town centre. Bus stops within a 2 minute walk. Two train stations are within a 20 minute walk (Westhoughton and Daisy Hill).
I'm looking to rent to a respectful female, no smoking or vaping, no children, no pets but must be cat friendly as I have two cats. I'm looking to rent out for a minimum of 6 months, to be extended if both parties are happy.
Deposit is a full month's rent (£850) which will be secured in Tenancy Deposit Protection.
