We are a young, easy-going household (my husband works full-time, myself, and our friendly cats). We also have a wonderful long-term lodger who has been living with us happily for almost two years, which we feel really reflects the warm, relaxed, and welcoming environment of our home.

You will be taking the only room on the top floor—a huge loft room! You will enjoy great privacy and have the convenience of your own private bathroom.

We have consciously chosen to offer a lower rent because we see our house as a family home—in fact, we expect to welcome a new family member in the future! Because your room is an exclusive top-floor loft, it is nicely separated from the main living areas, meaning you will still have a very quiet, private, and peaceful sanctuary to yourself .

We want to keep things affordable to find someone who genuinely fits in with our family vibe.
From experience, finding an honest, friendly living buddy with good character is far more important to us than someone having a highly stable income. We are not money-oriented landlords; our main goal is simply to have a happy lodger and a harmonious living environment for everyone.
