Westhoughton, double room and private bathroom

Hi, I’m Holly, I’m single, 28 and live with my 2 year old cockapoo called Doodles. (Who is as bonkers as her name suggests)

I am looking for a professional house mate, someone who likes pets, is clean and tidy and ideally wants some level of social interaction and friendship (and doesn’t mind my atrocious sense of humour, dating dramas and constant sarcasm and tv/film references)

I love going for coffee, brunch, cooking a nice meal and dancing round the kitchen, going to bed for an early night or watching trash tv.

The room itself can be let furnished or unfurnished (I have other furniture not pictured and can remove the bed etc. if required). And the bathroom is private.

(I’m also happy to redecorate if pink isn’t your vibe!) there are fitted wardrobes in the 2nd bedroom which I use as a dressing room and you’d also be more than welcome to use

There is a large living room, kitchen diner and a south facing garden with a patio and sofa area.

The kitchen and living area are fully kitted (dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, fridge freezer, air fryer, microwave, toaster and kettle )

The TV comes with Netflix, prime, Disney and sky (not movies), but more than happy for you to put a tv in the room

The house is on a quiet cul de sac and has a double drive.

The train station is less than a 10 minute walk away and supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants are all within a 10 minute walk.

It would be lovely to find someone to grab a Saturday coffee with or head out for Friday drinks with or have a bbq on a sunny weekend.
