A three bed semi-detached, on a small, quiet, development in the heart of Westhoughton. Short walking distance to shops, supermarkets, bus routes and rail links offering easy direct links to Bolton, Wigan, Chorley and Manchester centres.
The house is well decorated and furnished with modern, comfortable furniture. There are two double bedrooms, with a third smaller room now fitted out as a walk-in wardrobe ( split half each ) A shared bathroom recently upgraded which now has a walk in shower ( no bath ). Lounge/dining room with flat screen t. v - a new fitted kitchen with most mod cons - downstairs w. c facilities - gas central heating - broadband - front and rear garden - private car parking. The home is well equiped, so it would not suit someone who has lots of furniture etc to bring. Simply someone with personal belongings is better.
I am looking to share with one person, ideally aged between 29 to 60. Someone who is clean and tidy. Capable of having the odd sensible conversation - a laugh or two every now and then - respectful of a house mate......generally just a nice person, to share with quiet male aged 60's. I am private - with a friendly outlook - good sense of humour - laid back and perhaps most importantly clean and hygenic. Rarely do I have visitors as I do all my socialising locally with a few friends. I enjoy sports, music and ballroom dancing. I do work ( part-time self emp painter/decorator ) however I am state pension age and now enjoy a relaxed retirement lol.
Terms are £350pcm - which includes all the utility bills etc. Flexible with the length of tenure, somewhere between 1 - 24 months would be good, but I am happy to negotiate.
