This is an exciting are chance to be part of a brand new house share in a beautifully renovated house which is close to the bars and restaurants of Chorlton Village.

Come and live with two guys and a girl who are outgoing, newish to Manchester and like going out (or staying in) for a drink and/or food.

One double bedroom is available in this 3 bed house which comes furnished. The house has recently had a new kitchen fitted and some of the rooms have been redecorated.

We're aiming for equal numbers between boys and girls and so are aiming for a girl but are not totally set on this.

From the house it's easy to get to the city centre as it is only 10 mins walk to both Chorlton or Firswood tram stops. There are some food shops and a park at the end of the road which are handy.

The kitchen comes complete with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, loads of fridge freezer space and underfloor heating. There is a small paved rear yard which will be ideal for summer BBQs when the sum comes out again. It has one bathroom complete with power shower and bath. Parking is available on-street in this quiet and the house is on a safe cul-de-sac.

£295 + Bills which are around £70 per month for a medium sized room with small double bed and furniture

This beautiful house is owned by my aunty and so we have a reliable landlady. Also there are no agency fees :-)
