The house is located a few minutes drive from M56 (airport 10 miles) and M60 and less than a mile from Chorlton centre via the cycle lane at the back of the house or the main road. Trendy Chorlton provides many independent shops , bars and restaurants. Bus stop to Manchester is two minutes walk and St Werburghs tram station is about a 15 mins walk. Local shops are a few minutes away and there are two major supermarkets nearby. There is also a gym around the corner. The bedroom is a large and comfortable attic room. The private bathroom is on the same floor as is a sitting room, with TV and dvd, for sole use by the lodger. Wifi is available and the kitchen is also well equipped. This is a quiet house, in a peaceful location and we are a professional couple. This house would suit someone similar. .
